We try to make our sizes run similarly to non-maternity sizing. Therefore, you should try to assess your size based on what size you think you would be minus the belly. We strive to keep our site updated regularly so that you will have an accurate depiction of an item’s availability. However, it is possible for us to sell out of an item on the day that you place your order. For this reason, Moody Mamas Inc. cannot always guarantee the availability of products. Once we receive your order, we will notify you via email if you have ordered an item that is not currently available or that is on backorder.

We offer you the choice of UPS and USPS with varying services dependent on the weight of your order and location. Your happiness means the world to us so we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we realize mistakes are inevitable, so if you purchased the wrong size or if you are disappointed with your merchandise, we welcome you to return or exchange your merchandise. Our returns and exchange policy is as follows: We will accept returns on non-sale and non-damaged items that are unworn with original tags for full refund to your credit card minus shipping charges within 14 days of purchase.

Moody Mamas is not responsible for the fit of an item beyond the return period. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days. Returns sent after this time will not be honored - no exceptions. Moody Mamas Inc. does not refund initial shipping charges or shipping charges for any returns or exchanges.

Moody Mamas Inc. is not responsible for damages that occur during care of item, such as dry cleaning, washing, or wear or damages incurred during the return shipping process. No exceptions. Please ensure that we receive your merchandise by obtaining a tracking number from your carrier of choice when you mail your return and even insuring it.

Please note that sale items can be returned for online store credit only. Upon receiving the returned merchandise, Moody Mamas Inc. will email a code to be used toward your next online purchase. Underwear sales are final.

Once you have completed an order, we will email you an order confirmation. Following that, when your order has shipped, you will also receive a tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your order. Once you receive that tracking number, you can check the status of your order with your chosen carrier.

Currently, California sales tax applies to orders shipped to California addresses only. We will be transitioning fulfillment operations at the beginning of April and at that point, we will charge current Utah sales tax for orders shipped within the state of Utah (and remove California sales tax).

Moody Mamas Inc. offers online gift certificates. These can be purchased online or by phone at 323.852.1015. Moody Mamas Inc. will email online gift certificates (within minutes) to recipients with a code to be redeemed online (please note, they not redeemable at any brick and mortar store). Moody Mamas is not responsible for misuse of any gift certificate codes. Please follow up with the recipient to ensure they've received your thoughtful and generous gift.
